School
of Darkness
Bella V. Dodd
Written by
the famous ex-Communist who returned to the Catholic Faith after
having discovered the truth about the Communist Party of America
(CPUSA), of which she was a leader in the 1930's and 40's.
Think
Communism cares about helping the poor? So did she, at
first, but then discovered to her horror that
it's "a strange secret cult" devised by the rich to grow even
richer... and more powerful... at the expense of the common man
(e.g., the worker).
|
|
In
the School of Darkness, she tears the mask off Communism
with incredible comprehension and foresight of what the Party's
aims really were, and who was really benefiting from
them. A must read for those who really want to understand this
dangerous enemy of the Christianity and therefore, Western
civilization.

(1904-1969) was born in Italy and named Maria Asunta
Isabella Visono and in addition to a degree in law, she
also became the head of the New York State Teachers Union
and then the CPUSA's National Council, a position she held
till 1949 when she was expelled for refusing to tow the
party line. She publicly returned to the Catholic
Church in 1952, being conditionally baptized by none other
than Bishop Fulton Sheen.
